We are excited to update our partners that Internal Use Rights (IUR) licences are now available for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. They are not free – but at $6 per month per sandbox environment they are hardly going to ‘break the bank’. This also encourages partners not to set up tenants that then sit dormant and tie up resources.
This is long-awaited and anticipated and gives our partners the ability to have prolonged demo environments, rather than losing the configurations after 60-90 days, as well as test your own extensions.
Please note these are not Production Environments!
The process is relatively simple: albeit not quick – so be prepared for some back-and-forth and Admin. Partners are required to provide their Microsoft Partner Number MPN as well (More on MPN numbers here ).
The licences that will be provided as part of to IUR VAR program include many Dynamics 365 SKUs however for Microsoft Dynamic’s 365 Business Central the licences and quantities available per partner are as follows:
